Good Sunday Morning! This breakfast was highly unusual for me. I can't remember the last time I ate a savory breakfast, as I always have a huge sweet tooth in the morning. That being said, I will probably just have yogurt, granola and nut butter for lunch, but at least I am branching out. I simply toasted two pieces of Trader Joe's sprouted rye bread (AMAZING) and topped them with avocado, hard boiled eggs, and red pepper flakes. I can't believe I am saying this but I might actually be having savory breakfasts more often now. So get out and try something new for breakfast. As they sing in Yo Gabba Gabba, "try it and you'll like it!". Words of wisdom from children's television.
