Breakfast Peach Crisp (2 ways)
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 peach or nectarine
1/2 cup of granola (I use Sanfranola cinnamon raisin)
1/2-3/4 cup yogurt
stevia to taste
nutbutter (This is NOT optional!)

Method 1:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut your peach or nectarine in half and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or tinfoil. Bake for 12 minutes or until soft. Top with yogurt sweetned with stevia, granola and nut butter.

Method 2:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut nectarine or peach into thin slices. Place slices in an even layer in a medium sized bowl or ramekin. Bake for 10 minutes and top with remaining ingredients.
