Recipe
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites (1 egg white)
coconut stevia drops
coconut extract
Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray. Mix together all ingredients except bread in a shallow dish. Simply dip the bread in mixture (about 30 sec per side) and cook on waffle iron. I cooked mine for about 2 minutes but it may need longer depending on your waffle iron.
